Welcome to wHolistic Change™!

If you are reading this blog, you may be contemplating making a change in your organization.  Or, you may be in the middle of a change that is not of your own doing and you’re wondering what all of this is about.  Then welcome, you have found the right place!

When an organization decides it’s time to make a change, there is probably a good back story to explain the motivation. It is imperative that the back story –- the case for change –- is explored, understood and communicated. Otherwise, how will you know if you’ve been successful?

For change to be successful, it needs to be actively managed, guided, evaluated, and nurtured. But, even more importantly, progress and successes need to be communicated, along with honest statements about bumps in the road and adjustments needed… Sensing a trend on the importance of communication?

This blog is intended to be a practical, useful tool to approach change from a “wholistic” perspective. There are many aspects to change, and each needs to be paid attention to.

Three times a week – roughly Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays – we’ll explore specifics of the wHolistic ChangeSM approach, share our observations, ask you to share your experiences, and answer your questions about how to set your companies up for success. Welcome to wHolistic ChangeSM!
