wHolistic Change: Going Forward

Patty and I have spent the last month discussing what we have learned from our previous projects and where we want to go next. What we realized is that wHolistic ChangeSM is what we are most passionate about: giving people the tools to implement the changes they need to make in their organizations, and making change happen in a way that nurtures the people who are impacted by the change, so everyone has the training they need to be successful in their jobs.

With that in mind, we are spending the next few months creating an e-book that brings together all of the concepts in the wHolistic ChangeSM approach, while also working on standard templates for the key tools a change team will need to effectively bring about change consistently, repeatably, and speedily. These tools are the ones that we have used (and evolved) over our combined 35 years of implementing transformational change at Fortune 500 companies.

In the meantime, we wanted to give you a preview of the wHolistic ChangeSM approach end to end.
