If your organization does not have an established group of change agents with a proven track record of driving corporate change, you may need to call in experts to help develop the transformation you seek. This video of Dancing Guy was sent to me by Patty, and I thought it was an excellent illustrative example of driving change:
You need to find the first follower - this Champion will convince others that it is OK to change. This truly is an underappreciated form of leadership.
The second follower is proof that the community is starting to embrace the change. New followers definitely beget more followers.
Once the tipping point is reached (momentum of adoption), there really is no excuse for the rest of the crowd not to embrace the change.
As the leader responsible for the change, be sure to nurture the first few followers, making it not about you, but about the change.
And, like Dancing Guy, we at wHolistic ChangeSM believe it is critical to make the change simple and easy to adopt.

The change agents need to make sure they have done everything to set that follower up for success, to ensure the public perception of the change is that this is something others will want to jump into as well.
